Local Inmate Data System (LIDS) 2025 Conference Registration

This two-day program is the Compensation Board's Local Inmate Data System (LIDS) conference for LIDS Technicians. LIDS Advisory Committee members should also register for the conference. The goal of this program is to introduce and update you to a wide array of LIDS issues and how they affect you. In addition to the LIDS Technician, each jail may also send one backup or supervisory staff member. However, the Compensation Board will only provide lodging for the LIDS Technician. If the jail wishes to send a backup this person must either room with the LIDS Technician or the jail must pay for the cost of lodging for the additional attendee.

Registration closes on March 28, 2025. The LIDS Technician will list the name of the additional attendee within their own registration form if rooming together.

LIDS Technicians, please do not register directly with the hotel. We will register you. Backup attendees who are not rooming with the LIDS Technician but do require a room will need to click 'YES' for hotel reservation in conference registration.

These additional reservations will be included in the Compensation Board rooming list. Payment to the hotel for backup rooms should be made to the hotel upon arrival or in advance. If you wish to make a payment in advance, please contact Hank Foley before doing so.

If a room reservation is requested and needs to be cancelled, a cancellation email to Hank Foley, hank.foley@scb.virginia.gov is needed by April 7, 2025.

Your on-line registration will generate an email confirmation from the Compensation Board (confirmation will not be sent from the hotel). Travel (to and from the training) and dinner (day 1) will be reimbursed via COIN.
